Roborock is expanding its flagship robot vacuum lineup with the Saros 20 Neo to the United States under a different name: the Roborock Qrevo Edge 3 Pro a model designed specifically for homes with challenging layouts, high thresholds, low furniture, carpets, and plenty of obstacles.

300+ Obstacle Avoidance, 3.46 in Double-Layer Threshold, Zero-Tangling, Corner to Edge Cleaning, 212°F Mop Self-Cleaning
The Saros 20 Neo focuses on one major goal: going more places with less human intervention. Its upgraded mobility system allows the robot to navigate areas that can stop many conventional robot vacuums, while its powerful vacuuming and mopping systems are designed to handle everything from everyday dust to stubborn stains and pet hair.
Built to Handle High Thresholds and Low Furniture
One of the Saros 20 Neo’s biggest upgrades is its AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0. The system allows the robot to climb double-layer thresholds up to 8.8 cm, helping it move between areas of the home without getting stuck at floor transitions.

At the other end of the spectrum, the robot has a clearance height of just 7.95 cm, allowing it to reach underneath more low-profile furniture. Together, these capabilities make the Saros 20 Neo particularly well suited to homes with complicated floor plans and varying floor levels.
Roborock also says the robot can clean an area of nearly 350 square meters on a single charge, giving it enough endurance to tackle larger homes without constantly returning to the dock.
36,000 Pa Suction and Dual Anti-Tangle Technology
For vacuuming, the Saros 20 Neo is equipped with Roborock’s 36,000 Pa HyperForce suction system. It’s designed to pick up everything from fine dust and everyday debris to longer strands of pet hair.
A Dual Anti-Tangle System combines the DuoDivide main brush with the FlexiArm Arc Side Brush to reduce hair buildup and keep the brushes operating with fewer interruptions.
The robot can also adjust its chassis while cleaning carpets up to 3 cm thick, helping maintain strong suction as it moves across different surfaces.
For deeper carpet cleaning, a dedicated mode keeps the main brush in a more stable downward position during a second cleaning pass, helping improve debris pickup.
Stronger Warm-Water Mopping
The Saros 20 Neo isn’t just focused on vacuuming. Its enhanced mopping system uses warm water and up to 14N of downward pressure to tackle tougher stains.

The mop can spin at up to 200 RPM, while its redesigned structure is intended to retain moisture more effectively and leave behind less excess water. Roborock claims the new system can reduce water residue by up to 30% compared with its previous approach.
The robot can also automatically detach its mop when using Vacuum Carpet First Mode, helping keep carpets dry while allowing the robot to continue vacuuming.
Smarter Obstacle Avoidance
Navigation is another major focus of the Saros 20 Neo. Its Reactive AI Obstacle Recognition system combines structured light with an RGB camera to identify objects around the home.
Roborock has also added VertiBeam Lateral Obstacle Avoidance, which helps the robot detect obstacles near walls and furniture while reducing blind spots. This allows the Saros 20 Neo to make smarter decisions about where it can travel and what it needs to avoid.

The combination of obstacle recognition and its upgraded chassis is designed to let the robot independently navigate complicated environments rather than requiring users to constantly rescue or redirect it.
100°C Hot-Water Mop Washing
When cleaning is finished, the multifunctional dock takes over. The dock can wash the mop using water heated to 100°C, helping loosen grease and stubborn residue while improving overall mop hygiene.
Roborock says the system has achieved a 99.99% bacteria removal rate and is TUV certified.
The dock also features a Smart Mop-Washing Mode that automatically adjusts the amount and temperature of water according to how dirty the mop is and the areas that have been cleaned. This allows it to provide more intensive cleaning when needed without unnecessarily using additional water or energy during routine cleaning.
Designed to Clean With Less Intervention
Overall, the Roborock Saros 20 Neo is built around autonomous cleaning in homes where conventional robot vacuums can struggle. Its combination of high threshold climbing, low-clearance navigation, powerful suction, enhanced mopping, carpet adaptation, anti-tangle technology, and advanced obstacle avoidance gives it a broad range of capabilities.
For shoppers looking for a robot vacuum that can handle complex floor layouts, thick carpets, low furniture, pet hair, and stubborn floor messes, the Saros 20 Neo looks to be one of Roborock’s most capable models yet.
