Mova P10 Pro Ultra Robot Vacuum & Mop Review: Powerful Cleaning, Smart Features, and Great Value

Today, we’re taking an in-depth look at the Mova P10 Pro Ultra robot vacuum and mop. This is our second time testing a robot vacuum from Mova, and while the brand is still relatively new, our previous experiences—particularly with the P50 and Mova’s wet/dry vacuums—have been consistently positive. With over 100 robot vacuums tested on our channel, we were eager to see how the P10 Pro Ultra would perform in real-world conditions.

A big thank-you to Mova for sending this unit over. This review is not sponsored, and as always, our impressions are completely honest and unbiased. If you’re interested in learning more, you’ll find a product link in the description.

Unboxing and Setup

The Mova P10 Pro Ultra arrives with everything needed to get started, including the robot itself, a multi-purpose cleaning station, mop pads, cleaning solution, and standard accessories. Setup is quick and intuitive. After plugging in the dock, attaching the magnetic mop pads, filling the clean water tank, and adding the cleaning solution, the robot simply needs time to charge before it’s ready to go. Connecting it to the Mova Home app is straightforward, and once paired, cleaning can begin almost immediately.

First Impressions and Cleaning Performance

Right from the start, the P10 Pro Ultra makes a strong impression, particularly when it comes to mopping. This is easily one of its standout features. Our luxury vinyl plank floors looked noticeably cleaner after each run, and the system’s ability to wash, clean, and dry its mop pads using hot water and hot air adds a level of automation that significantly reduces maintenance.

In a high-traffic home with pets, the P10 Pro Ultra handled hair, crumbs, and fine dust without hesitation. Mova is a sister brand to Dreame, and that relationship is evident in the robot’s overall design and performance, which closely resemble Dreame’s L-series lineup. However, the P10 Pro Ultra does not include Dreame’s conical roller brush or TriCut brush—features that are especially useful for minimizing hair tangles. While this is a notable omission, it’s understandable at this price point, and the brush can be purchased separately for users who need it.

Navigation, Mapping, and Suction Power

Setup and mapping were fast, and navigation has been smooth and reliable from the very first run. The robot moves confidently through rooms, avoids obstacles well, and maintains consistent coverage throughout each cleaning cycle.

In terms of raw power, the Mova P10 Pro Ultra is impressive. With up to 13,000 Pascals of suction, it delivers nearly double the category average. That level of power does result in higher noise levels—about 77 dB on maximum suction—but this is expected and reasonable for the performance it provides. During testing, the robot achieved 516 FPM of airflow on carpet, outperforming the category average and even edging out the Mova P50. Air pressure peaked at 5.5 kPa, which again places it above average. The slight performance difference between models may be due to brush design, though that remains speculative.

Real-World Results and Value

In practical cleaning tests, the P10 Pro Ultra earned a score of 85 out of 100, just under the category average of 87. While that might seem modest on paper, it’s important to consider pricing. The P10 Pro Ultra is typically priced around $200 below the average robot vacuum in its class, making its price-to-performance ratio excellent. You’re getting solid, dependable cleaning results without paying a premium.

It also includes features often reserved for higher-end models, such as an extendable side brush designed to reach deeper into corners and along edges—something rarely seen at this price point.

Mopping System and Base Station Features

Mopping performance is equally strong. While the mop lift height is about average, which is expected given the robot’s 4-inch-tall body, it consistently avoids dragging wet pads over rugs and carpets. The extendable mop pad improves edge and corner cleaning, while the base station enhances convenience with hot water mop washing and hot air drying to reduce odors.

A dedicated cleaning solution tank allows for automatic detergent dispensing, which is a thoughtful quality-of-life feature. The base station also cleans itself, keeping hands-on maintenance to a minimum and reinforcing the P10 Pro Ultra’s position as a truly hands-off cleaning solution.

App Experience and Smart Features

The Mova Home app, available on both iOS and Android, offers a comprehensive and highly customizable experience. Users can fine-tune vacuuming and mopping settings, create custom routines, clean specific rooms or zones, and set no-go areas. The app supports multi-floor mapping and integrates with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, along with a built-in voice assistant for hands-free control.

While the app does have a slight learning curve due to the depth of its features, it’s one of the most thoughtfully designed platforms we’ve tested. After using nearly every major robot vacuum app on the market, this one stands out as a personal favorite.

User Feedback and Limitations

User reviews for the Mova P10 Pro Ultra have been largely positive, with an average rating of around 4.5 stars. Many users praise its strong suction, fast mapping, and easy setup, often highlighting its excellent value. Some have noted that it struggles with heavily dried stains during mopping, and others mention the side brush disengaging on carpets—an intentional design choice meant to reduce wear and tangling.

There are also a few areas where the P10 Pro Ultra could improve. It lacks a conical-shaped roller brush for better hair detangling, does not offer automatic mop pad removal, and doesn’t allow users to force side brush operation on carpets. These limitations are worth noting, though they’re not unexpected given the price.

Final Verdict

The Mova P10 Pro Ultra delivers a well-balanced combination of powerful suction, advanced mopping, and smart automation at a price point that represents strong overall value. While it misses a few premium features found on higher-end models, its performance, convenience, and excellent app experience make it a compelling choice for most households. For homes with pets, high-traffic areas, or challenging layouts, the P10 Pro Ultra proves itself to be a capable and reliable cleaner. If you’re looking for strong cleaning performance and smart functionality without paying flagship pricing, the Mova P10 Pro Ultra is well worth considering.
