The Yeedi S20 Infinity is the latest flagship from Yeedi, and it’s one of the most impressive models the brand has produced. This is our seventh Yeedi review and the 125th robot vacuum we’ve tested overall. While our experiences with Yeedi in the past have been mixed, the company’s M and S series have recently set a new standard. In particular, the M14 Plus completely reshaped our perspective on what Yeedi vacuums are capable of. With that in mind, expectations were high for the S20 Infinity, positioned as Yeedi’s top-of-the-line, premium offering.
It’s worth noting that Yeedi is affiliated with Eovac, which explains some design similarities with the EcoAX11. This isn’t a case of copying; Yeedi serves as a more budget-friendly alternative under the same corporate umbrella. For full transparency, Yeedi provided us with this unit for review, but all opinions expressed here are independent and unfiltered.
Unboxing and First Impressions
Opening the box, the S20 Infinity comes with the essentials: the robot vacuum itself, a multi-purpose cleaning station with a removable ramp, a detachable power cord, and product manuals. While it would have been nice to see extras like a spare mop roller, an additional side brush, or even a sample of cleaning solution, the included items cover everything necessary to get started. One of the most convenient features of this model is its bagless self-emptying system, which eliminates the need for disposable dust bags and keeps ongoing costs low.
Design-wise, the S20 Infinity follows Yeedi’s classic EDS series aesthetic. It has a slim, flat top thanks to embedded sensors, although it is slightly thicker than LAR models. Unlike LAR vacuums, the S20 Infinity’s side sensors run across the full body, which can make sliding under low cabinets a bit more difficult.
Navigation and Cleaning Performance
When it comes to navigation, the S20 Infinity is fast, smooth, and precise. The robot moves confidently around furniture, and we didn’t encounter any navigation hiccups during our testing. Mopping performance is particularly impressive. The self-cleaning mop system handles washing, scrubbing, and drying automatically, leaving floors spotless. The roller mop even extends slightly to improve corner coverage, though there’s still room for improvement in tight spaces.

For households with pets, the S20 Infinity performs exceptionally well. Hair, crumbs, and fine dust are easily managed on both hard floors and carpets. The brush roller handles hair effectively, although the comb-style detangling isn’t as robust as the conical brushes found in competitors like Dreame, Roborock, or Narwal. Additionally, the S20 Infinity does not feature an extended side brush or chassis suspension, which is somewhat surprising for a flagship model.
Suction Power and Airflow
In terms of raw power, the S20 Infinity is Yeedi’s strongest model yet, with a suction rating of 19,500 Pascals, nearly double the category average. While this is impressive, it still falls short of some other high-end vacuums that reach upwards of 28,000 Pascals. In our airflow tests, the robot pulled 587 FPM on carpet, well above the 426 FPM average, and in-use pressure reached 64 kPa. Its single brush roller design appears to contribute to this strong performance, particularly compared to dual-roller systems that often sacrifice efficiency. In real-world cleaning, the S20 Infinity earned a score of 95 out of 100, outperforming many competitors, though it isn’t entirely flawless. This highlights an important point: suction ratings alone don’t determine cleaning performance. Factors such as brush design, floor type, and debris type all play a role.
Mopping Features
The S20 Infinity’s mopping capabilities are sophisticated. The cleaning station provides hot water washing at 167°F and hot air drying at 145°F, along with dual solution tanks that allow for different cleaning solutions depending on your needs. While the robot does not yet support real-time hot water mopping, the automated system efficiently handles mop washing, self-cleaning, and dust bin emptying. The mop lift reaches 10 mm, which is close to the practical limit for the robot’s size and roller design. The roller mop extends outward to improve corner and chair-leg coverage, though it could still reach a little deeper into tight corners. Overall, the mopping system is highly automated and convenient, with minimal maintenance required.
Battery Life and Smart Features
Battery life and coverage are strong points for the S20 Infinity. Early testing shows it outperforming other models we’ve reviewed, including several Dreame and MOA vacuums, particularly in large homes. The Yeedi app, available for both iOS and Android, provides extensive control over the robot’s functions. Users can customize vacuuming and mopping settings, create cleaning schedules, target specific zones, and even set no-go areas. Multi-floor mapping is supported, and the app integrates with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Matter ecosystems.
Additional features include AI-driven stain detection, real-time maintenance tracking, and manual control of the roller mop. The app makes it simple to manage a large home or multiple floor types, helping to ensure that the robot always operates at peak performance.
User Feedback
Early user feedback is cautiously optimistic. Reddit discussions highlight the appeal of the S20 Infinity’s bagless design and improved roller mop, noting it as a higher-end option within Yeedi’s lineup. At the time of writing, the S20 Infinity holds a 4.2 out of 5-star rating, though this may fluctuate as more reviews are submitted. Positive feedback emphasizes battery life, rapid charging, the Osmo Roller 2.0 mopping system, and the 1.6-liter bagless cyclone station. Some users note that the robot’s bulkier design limits clearance under low furniture, and while the roller mop performs well, it could extend further for better edge cleaning.
Areas for Improvement
Despite its strengths, the S20 Infinity could benefit from a few refinements. Edge cleaning could be improved, particularly for corners and along walls. The robot’s height limits clearance under low furniture, so even a slightly slimmer design would help. Hair management could also be enhanced with a conical brush design to reduce tangling. Other potential improvements include a dedicated mop-only mode and video monitoring for users who want an extra layer of home oversight.
Final Thoughts
The Yeedi S20 Infinity is a strong flagship robot vacuum that combines powerful suction, efficient mopping, and advanced automation. It handles large homes and multiple floor types with ease, and the smart app features make it highly user-friendly. While minor areas such as edge cleaning, clearance, and hair management could be improved, the S20 Infinity is easily one of Yeedi’s most capable models to date. For anyone looking for a premium yet budget-friendly alternative to high-end vacuums, the S20 Infinity is definitely worth considering.
