SwitchBot has announced the launch of the SwitchBot Robot Vacuum K11+ Pro, a compact robot vacuum and mop designed to deliver powerful automated cleaning while taking up less space than conventional robot vacuum systems.

Designed for apartments, condos, smaller homes, and pet-friendly households, the K11+ Pro combines up to 12,000Pa of suction power, LDS LiDAR navigation, dual anti-tangle brushes, and a self-emptying dock with a 4-liter dust bag. Depending on cleaning frequency, home size, and debris volume, the system can provide up to 90 days of hands-free dust collection.
Available in White and Black, the K11+ Pro builds on the compact approach introduced with the SwitchBot K11+, while adding increased suction power, quieter operation, and expanded smart-home integration.
Compact Design for Smaller Spaces
Measuring approximately 24.8cm in diameter and 9.2cm in height, the K11+ Pro is designed to navigate spaces where larger robot vacuums may have difficulty.
Its compact profile allows it to move between furniture legs and clean underneath beds, sofas, cabinets, and other low-clearance areas. The space-saving self-emptying dock is also designed with smaller homes in mind, reducing the floor space typically required by larger docking stations.
At approximately 2.3kg, the robot can also be moved between rooms or floors when needed. The system supports up to five maps, providing additional flexibility for multi-level homes.
Up to 12,000Pa of Suction Power
At the heart of the K11+ Pro is a new-generation volute centrifugal fan capable of delivering up to 12,000Pa of suction—twice the peak suction power specified for the previous SwitchBot K11+.
The increased suction is designed to collect everyday household debris such as dust, crumbs, pet hair, cat litter, and particles embedded in carpets and hard flooring.
An automatic carpet boost function can increase cleaning power when the robot detects carpet, helping concentrate suction where additional cleaning performance is needed.
Despite its increased power, SwitchBot has also redesigned the airflow system to reduce harsh, high-frequency noise. In Quiet Mode, the K11+ Pro operates at approximately 45dB, making the robot suitable for use in apartments and other environments where minimizing cleaning noise is important.
For hard floors, the K11+ Pro can also use an attachable mop pad for daily dry wiping and light surface cleaning.
Dual Anti-Tangle System for Pet Hair
Pet owners are another key audience for the K11+ Pro. The robot incorporates an all-rubber main brush designed to reduce hair wrapping around the roller, while a two-arm anti-tangle side brush helps collect and direct hair and debris toward the suction inlet.
Combined with automatic dust collection, the system is designed to reduce the amount of routine handling required when cleaning up pet hair, fine dust, and everyday debris.
This makes the K11+ Pro particularly suited to households with cats, dogs, and long-haired pets where hair accumulation can be an ongoing cleaning challenge.
LiDAR Mapping and Intelligent Navigation
The K11+ Pro uses LDS LiDAR navigation with SLAM technology to map the home and plan organized cleaning routes rather than relying on random movement.
For closer-range navigation, PSD sensing helps the robot detect furniture legs and wall edges, while cliff detection is designed to help prevent falls from stairs and other drop-offs.
Through the SwitchBot app, users can manage maps, select individual rooms or zones, establish no-go areas and virtual walls, and schedule cleaning sessions. This allows cleaning routines to be customized for different areas of the home, including kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, and pet areas.
When its battery runs low, the K11+ Pro can automatically return to its dock to recharge before resuming unfinished cleaning.
Up to 90 Days of Hands-Free Dust Collection
The K11+ Pro’s compact self-emptying station houses a 4-liter dust bag. After a cleaning run, collected debris is automatically transferred from the robot into the dock.
SwitchBot says the system can provide up to 90 days between dust-bag emptying, although actual intervals will vary depending on factors such as home size, cleaning frequency, and the amount of debris collected.
The combination of automatic emptying and anti-tangle brushes is intended to reduce routine maintenance and minimize direct contact with accumulated dust and pet hair.
Matter-Compatible Smart Home Integration
The K11+ Pro also brings the robot into the wider smart-home ecosystem through Matter-over-Wi-Fi support.
The vacuum is compatible with supported smart-home platforms including Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home, and Home Assistant, allowing users to incorporate cleaning into existing connected-home routines.
Voice commands through Siri, Alexa, or Google Assistant can be used to start cleaning, while the SwitchBot app provides more detailed controls for rooms, schedules, maps, no-go zones, and dust-collection settings.
The robot can also participate in SwitchBot automations. For example, users can configure cleaning routines to begin when they leave home and finish before they return.
A Compact Approach to Automated Cleaning
With the K11+ Pro, SwitchBot is positioning automated cleaning around a combination of small physical dimensions and high cleaning performance. Rather than requiring a larger robot and docking station, the system is designed to fit into tighter living environments while still offering features commonly associated with premium robot vacuums.
