Roborock Q Revo 2 Pro Launches With 20,000Pa Suction and an Upgraded Multifunctional Dock

Roborock has introduced the Q Revo 2 Pro, a new robot vacuum and mop designed to bring a more automated approach to everyday floor cleaning. Positioned within the company’s midrange lineup, the new model combines claimed 20,000Pa HyperForce suction with dual spinning mop pads, automatic mop removal, anti-tangle cleaning technology, LiDAR navigation, and an upgraded multifunctional dock that handles much of the robot’s routine maintenance.

The Q Revo 2 Pro appears aimed at households looking for many of the convenience features typically associated with more premium robot vacuum models without moving into the highest price tiers. Roborock is particularly highlighting its ability to handle carpets and hard floors, clean close to walls and corners, reduce hair tangling, and automatically wash and dry its mop pads.

Powerful Suction Designed for Carpets and Hard Floors

The Q Revo 2 Pro is equipped with Roborock’s 20,000Pa HyperForce suction system, which is designed to pick up dust, crumbs, pet hair, and other debris from everyday household surfaces. The robot can automatically increase suction when cleaning carpets, helping target dirt that may become embedded in carpet fibers while maintaining cleaning performance across hardwood, tile, marble, and other hard flooring.

Roborock is also placing a strong emphasis on hair management with its Dual Zero-Tangle System. The system combines an anti-tangle side brush with the DuoDivide main brush to help prevent long hair and pet fur from wrapping around the brushes. The dual spinning mop modules can also lift by up to 15 mm, while the robot is designed to vacuum carpets before mopping and increase suction when it detects carpeted surfaces. This allows the Q Revo 2 Pro to transition between hardwood, tile, rugs, and low-pile carpets with less manual intervention.

The automatic mop management is particularly useful for homes that combine hard flooring in areas such as kitchens and bathrooms with carpet or rugs in bedrooms and living spaces.

Navigation is handled by LiDAR technology, allowing the Q Revo 2 Pro to map its surroundings and build a detailed layout of the home. Roborock’s Quick Mapping feature is designed to create a home map rapidly, while the 3D Map Display provides additional control over rooms and cleaning areas.

The robot also incorporates Reactive Tech obstacle avoidance to help it navigate around everyday objects. Rather than relying solely on a predetermined route, the system is designed to identify obstacles and adjust the robot’s movement as it cleans.

Users can manage cleaning through the Roborock app, while physical buttons and voice control provide additional ways to operate the robot. The Q Revo 2 Pro supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity.

SmartPlan 3.0 Adapts Cleaning to Different Homes

Roborock is also equipping the Q Revo 2 Pro with SmartPlan 3.0, a system designed to adjust cleaning behavior based on the home’s layout, floor types, and previous cleaning history. The goal is to reduce the need for users to repeatedly configure individual cleaning settings.

The robot is rated for up to 253 minutes of battery life, giving it enough operating time for extended cleaning sessions before returning to the dock. Roborock also lists an operating noise level of approximately 54 dB, making quieter operation another consideration for households with children or pets.
