According to iRobot, the Roomba Max 705 Combo is its most powerful and intelligent robot cleaner to date, delivering 175 times more power-lifting suction than the Roomba 600 Series in Spot Clean mode while introducing several firsts for the company, including an innovative protective roller mop cover that automatically shields carpets from moisture during cleaning.

At the heart of the new robot is iRobot’s newly developed PowerSpin™ Roller Mop with PerfectEdge®, representing the company’s most advanced mopping technology yet. Unlike traditional mop pads that gradually become dirty during operation, the rotating roller mop continuously washes itself while cleaning, helping maintain consistent performance throughout an entire cleaning session. Spinning at up to 200 RPM with constant downward pressure, it is engineered to tackle stubborn spills and dried-on stains while extending closer to walls and into corners for improved edge cleaning.
