The retail box highlights key features, including the Pro Detangle Comb for easier hair removal, 7,000 Pascals of suction power, an all-in-one station that handles self-emptying, washing, and drying, and eufy’s MMAS technology.
Inside the box, you’ll find a quick start guide integrated into the cardboard packaging, complete with a QR code for easy app download. The vacuum itself comes next, followed by the Omni station. Everything feels well-designed and intuitive to set up.
Design and Features
The eufy Omni C20 vacuum is compact and functional. On top, you’ll find two control buttons and eufy branding, while under the top cover sits a removable dustbin and filter for convenient cleaning. The front houses the iPath navigation sensors and a bumper, and venting and charging contacts are located at the back.
Flipping the vacuum over reveals the underside, which includes spring-loaded drive wheels, an omnidirectional wheel, a side brush, cliff sensors, and a main brush roller with a detangling comb. The vacuum also comes with two removable, washable mop pads that attach with Velcro. This design ensures both easy maintenance and long-term usability.

We tested the eufy Omni C20 in a home with three long-haired individuals and a dog, putting it through a challenging mix of hair, crumbs, and even Christmas tree needles. The dustbin quickly filled with hair, fine dust, crumbs, and other typical household debris. The side brush remained tangle-free, and the main brush roller collected hair efficiently thanks to the detangling comb. While some hair may still require manual removal, it was much easier to clean than without the comb.
The mop pads performed exceptionally well. Even after a full cleaning cycle, they came out looking almost untouched thanks to the washing and drying feature. Running the self-emptying system several times noticeably reduced hair build-up on the main brush, making maintenance simple and effective.

How the eufy Omni C20 Compares
In comparison to other robot vacuums we’ve tested, the eufy Omni C20 delivers slightly above-average suction power at 7,000 Pascals. Real-world deep cleaning results are slightly below average, but this is well within expectations for its price. Noise levels are typical, and while battery life is shorter than some higher-end models, it’s still sufficient for most homes.
Where the Omni C20 really stands out is its mopping system. Unlike many vacuums where the mop is an afterthought, the Omni C20 features an active scrubbing system with cleaning, washing, drying, and mop-lifting capabilities. This ensures that floors not only look clean but actually are clean, without leaving behind water or streaks.
While it lacks some advanced features like dual brush rollers, hot water mop washing, LED lights, or live video monitoring, these are typically found only on high-end flagship models. The detangling comb, self-emptying base, and highly effective mopping system more than make up for these omissions.
