At the core of the DEEBOT X12 is the new FocusJet™ Stain Pre-Dissolving Technology, an industry-first feature that treats stains before cleaning them.
Using advanced infrared sensors and camera-based detection, the X12 can identify dried-on messes in real time. Instead of simply passing over stains, the robot deploys targeted water jets to soften the debris before the upgraded OZMO™ Roller Mop 3.0 scrubs and removes it.
Whether it’s coffee spills, sticky residue, or muddy paw prints, the system is designed to deliver deeper and more effective cleaning results.
The upgraded 27 cm high-density roller mop is paired with a 32-channel pressurized spray system that continuously rinses the mop with clean water during operation. This helps reduce dirty-on-dirty mopping while maintaining consistent pressure for a cleaner, streak-free finish across hard floors.
To improve multi-surface cleaning, the X12 also features automatic mop lifting and a Mop Roller Smart Cover that activates when transitioning onto carpets. Together, these technologies help keep carpets dry and protected without interrupting the cleaning cycle.
