Designed to Solve Common Pool Cleaning Problems

Many robotic pool cleaners on the market today still suffer from familiar issues such as weak suction, random cleaning patterns, missed spots, difficult maintenance, and durability concerns. According to ECOVACS, the ULTRAMARINE P1 was built specifically to address these pain points with intelligent navigation, advanced filtration, and a durable construction designed for long-term use.

At the center of the ULTRAMARINE P1 is ECOVACS’ 4800GPH UltraPure Suction Technology. Powered by a high-performance motor and an optimized anti-clog S-flow channel, the cleaner is capable of removing leaves, sand, dirt, and fine debris from pool surfaces efficiently.

Their synchronized movement is designed to reduce the need for manual brushing between cleaning cycles while helping remove stuck-on dirt and debris more thoroughly.

The cleaner also features a Dual-Layer Filter System that combines a 180-micron outer mesh filter with a 3-micron ultra-fine inner filter. This setup is designed to capture over 10 types of debris, including smaller particles like pollen, while delivering up to 99% pickup efficiency for cleaner, clearer water.

Smart Navigation for Better Coverage

One of the biggest highlights of the ULTRAMARINE P1 is its SmartNavi Intelligent Navigation System. Using advanced IMU sensors, the robot continuously tracks its position and maps efficient cleaning routes throughout the pool.

Unlike many pool cleaners that move randomly and often miss sections of the pool floor, the P1 follows a more systematic cleaning path. ECOVACS says this allows the cleaner to achieve up to 99% floor coverage while minimizing unnecessary overlap and missed areas.

This smarter navigation system helps improve cleaning efficiency and reduces the amount of time required to fully clean the pool.

Four Roller Brushes for Deep Cleaning

The ULTRAMARINE P1 is equipped with four independently operating roller brushes positioned at both the front and rear of the unit. These brushes help maintain consistent traction and surface contact while scrubbing pool floors and walls more effectively.

Built With Durability in Mind

Additional durability features include full IP68 waterproofing, multi-layer O-ring sealing, and a pressure-sealed lithium-ion battery designed for safe underwater operation.

Durability has long been a concern for many robotic pool cleaners, especially with constant exposure to water, chemicals, and outdoor conditions. ECOVACS says the ULTRAMARINE P1 addresses this with a comprehensive 10-tier Durability System.

The cleaner features a marine-grade protective shell resistant to chlorine exposure, UV damage, and physical impacts. Internal components use 316 stainless steel and titanium alloy materials to help resist corrosion and rust over time.

The robot also uses intelligent sensors and navigation systems to avoid trap zones and reduce unnecessary mechanical wear during operation.

Up to 3 Hours of Runtime

Powered by a 5200mAh lithium battery, the ULTRAMARINE P1 can operate for up to three hours in Eco mode on a single charge. According to ECOVACS, this allows the cleaner to cover up to 180 square meters (1,938 square feet) of pool floor before needing to recharge.

Its cordless design also gives the robot unrestricted movement throughout the pool without the hassle of tangled cords.

Broad Pool Compatibility

The ULTRAMARINE P1 is compatible with a wide range of pool surfaces, including fiberglass and pebble-stone finishes. It is designed to clean floors, walls, slopes, and platforms while obstacle-assist wheels help it navigate over drains, underwater lights, and obstacles up to 5.5 cm (2.2 inches) tall.

This flexibility allows the cleaner to adapt to more complex pool layouts without interrupting its cleaning cycle.

Smart App Control Through the ECOVACS HOME App

Users can control the ULTRAMARINE P1 directly through the ECOVACS HOME app. The app allows owners to select between different cleaning modes and efficiency levels depending on the area that needs attention.

Users can schedule one-time cleanings or recurring cleaning routines, helping keep pools consistently clean with minimal manual effort.
