Slim Enough for Tight Spaces, Smart Enough to Find Its Way
Designed for modern homes where furniture can create difficult-to-reach cleaning zones, the Saros 20 Flow brings a compact profile together with advanced navigation technology.

Its RetractSense™ Navigation System allows the LiDAR module to remain elevated in open areas for 360-degree scanning and precise mapping. When the robot approaches low furniture, the navigation module automatically retracts, enabling the Saros 20 Flow to clean spaces as low as 8.98 cm (3.53 inches) high.
Once underneath furniture, the system uses a 100-degree rear view to help the robot navigate and clean tight areas accurately.
36,000 Pa Suction Meets Advanced Roller Mopping
Despite its slim profile, the Saros 20 Flow is engineered for powerful cleaning. Its 36,000 Pa HyperForce® Digital Motor is designed to lift fine, hard-to-see dust from floors, while Roborock says the system achieved a 100% hair pick-up rate on floors in its testing.
For households with pets, the robot incorporates Roborock’s Dual Anti-Tangle System, combining the DuoDivide™ Main Brush with Dual Lifting Side Brushes. The system is designed to minimize hair accumulation, with Roborock reporting a 0% hair tangling rate and a 15% improvement in pet hair pick-up on hard floors.
The Saros 20 Flow’s roller mop is designed to transition between hard floors and carpets intelligently. Its AI RGB recognition system identifies floor types and automatically adjusts water levels to match the surface.
An upgraded high-density roller mop also helps reduce water spots by 30% compared with previous generations, according to Roborock.
When carpets are detected, the Automatic Roller Shield lifts the roller mop by up to 15 mm, creating wet-and-dry separation designed to keep carpets dry while allowing the robot to increase suction for deeper carpet cleaning.
Users can also customize how the robot handles rugs and carpets through the app, including choosing to deep-clean carpets, skip them, or follow specific edge-cleaning paths to keep rugs dry.
Smarter Edge and Corner Cleaning
The Saros 20 Flow is designed to address one of the persistent challenges of robot cleaning: getting into corners and along edges.

A Reversible Side Brush helps sweep debris from corners, while the Edge-Adaptive Roller Mop can extend by up to 44 mm to clean within 10 mm of edges. Roborock says this design provides 30% more corner coverage, helping the roller mop reach areas that can otherwise be difficult for conventional robot vacuums to clean.
SpiraFlow™ 2.0 Takes Roller Mop Cleaning Further
At the center of the Saros 20 Flow’s mopping system is SpiraFlow™ 2.0, Roborock’s upgraded pressurized self-cleaning technology.
Designed to tackle sticky spills and everyday messes such as ketchup, mud, and coffee, the system uses a pressurized water pump to distribute clean water across the roller through 16 clean-water outlets — twice as many hydration points as previous models.
The roller rotates at up to 240 RPM while delivering as much as 15N of downward mopping pressure, representing a 2.5x increase in pressure compared with previous models.
Roborock says the system can achieve up to a 100% stain-removal rate in a single pass under its testing conditions.
The high-density roller is also SGS-certified for antibacterial performance, while the overall system is designed to remove more than 99.99% of common household bacteria, including E. coli, Staphylococcus, and Candida, according to Roborock’s testing.
An All-in-One Dock Designed for Less Maintenance
The Saros 20 Flow isn’t just designed to automate floor cleaning — its new all-in-one dock is designed to reduce the amount of routine maintenance required from users.
The dock uses a new pressurized self-cleaning process that continuously jets clean water onto the roller while collecting dirty water separately in the robot’s easy-rinse dirty water tank. The design minimizes residual water in the cleaning tray to help keep clean and dirty water separated.
After cleaning, the roller is washed with 100°C (212°F) hot water, followed by 63°C (145°F) warm-air drying designed to thoroughly dry the mop and dock base and help prevent mold and unpleasant odors.
The dock also supports warm-water auto-refilling, automatic detergent dispensing, and automatic dust emptying, providing up to 65 days of hands-free use, according to Roborock.
For occasional deep maintenance, the dirty-water tank features a simplified internal structure and upgraded handle. The dock base is fully detachable, while the roller can tilt up to 75 degrees, making manual cleaning easier.
AI That Adapts to the Mess in Front of It
The Saros 20 Flow uses Reactive AI Obstacle Recognition to identify and avoid more than 300 types of recognizable obstacles.
Its Stain-Target AI Cleaning system uses an RGB camera to identify different types of mess and adjust its cleaning strategy accordingly. For example, it can increase suction when encountering coffee powder or switch to mop-only cleaning when it detects liquid spills.

Behind the robot’s automated cleaning decisions is Roborock SmartPlan™ 3.0, which recognizes room types, learns cleaning habits, and selects cleaning strategies based on the environment.
The robot can also be instructed to clean beyond curtains by manually marking them in the Roborock app. If an area is temporarily blocked by a person or pet, the system can automatically return and reclean missed areas.
Roborock says visual data is processed securely on the device as part of its approach to global data privacy standards.
Built With Pet Owners in Mind
For homes with pets, the Saros 20 Flow includes a dedicated Pet Care Hub with features designed to make automated cleaning more pet-friendly.
Automatic Pet Recognition helps the robot avoid startling animals, while Pet Snaps can capture photos of pets during cleaning. Track Your Pet provides map-based location information, while Video Call & Cruise allows owners to check in remotely and view their home in real time.
The Saros 20 Flow also supports third-party smart-home control through Matter, Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri, and Google Home. Users can additionally interact with the robot using Roborock’s built-in voice assistant by saying “Hello Rocky.”
